Range: —Central Peru to Bolivia (LP).
Ecology:— Rare; terrestrial in humid forests, on hillsides, and rocky slopes; 600–950 m.
Notes:— Bolivian specimens appear to be somewhat smaller and have a thinner blade texture than the Peruvian collections. Sori are exindusiate.
