Additional localities in Brazil. São Gabriel de Goiás, Goiás; Monte Verde, Minas Gerais; Joanópolis, Piracicaba, São Luis do Paraitinga , Serra Negra, São Paulo ( Flechtmann 2000a) .
Relationship to host plant. Vagrant, no apparent symptoms ( Flechtmann 2000a).
Type host plant status in Brazil. Native tree, not endemic, occurring in Mata Atlântica and Pampa biomes in South and Southeast regions ( Iganci & Dorneles 2020) .
