Distribution in Iran. Alborz, Tehran ( Farahani et al. 2013a; Sedighi and Madjdzadeh 2015), Lorestan ( Ghahari et al. 2012; Sedighi and Madjdzadeh 2015), Mazandaran (Ghahari and Fischer 2011b; Sakenin et al. 2012, in citrus orchard; Sedighi and Madjdzadeh 2015), northern Khorasan (Samin 2015).

Distribution outside Iran. A fairly sporadic albeit widely distributed species in the Palaearctic region ( Papp 2003b). Finland, Germany, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine ( Yu et al. 2012), Greece ( Papp 2003a; Yu et al. 2012), Hungary ( Papp 2008; Yu et al. 2012), Korea ( Papp 2003b; Yu et al. 2012).

Host records. Parasitoid of Campylomma diversicornis (Reuter) ( Hemiptera : Miridae ) ( Ghahari et al. 2012; Yu et al. 2012), Creontiades pallidus (Rambur) , Polymerus cognatus (Fieber) ( Hemiptera : Miridae ) ( Yu et al. 2012).
