Type status (description). Holotype in Köhler’s collection.

Type locality and collectors. [ Argentina]—[Chubut]: Comodoro Rivadavia , i.1936 (Oort) .

Type specimens. ZSM: Holotype ♂. Argentina, Prov. Chubut, Comodoro Rivadavia , 10.i.1936, V. Oort leg. Genitalia slide McCabe #1382 and ZS ♂ 3017.

Remarks. Although Köhler did not specify the sex of the holotype, he described only the male.
