Current status. Polia “of authors ” mareoides [ Poole 1989]

Type status (description). Holotype female, allotype male, and paratype female, in Zoologischen Staatssammlung in München.

Type locality and collectors. Bolivia — Yungas de Corani , 2500m, 2-3.x.1953 (Forster) .

Type specimens. ZSM: Holotype ♀. Bolivia, Yungas de Corani , 2500m, 3.x.1953, leg. W. Forster.

Remarks. Holotype specimen same as figure 17 ( Köhler 1967: pl. 1).
