Current status. Junior synonym of Tandilia crassipuncta (Draudt) [ Poole 1989]
Type status (description). Allotype female in Instituto Lillo.
Type locality and collectors. [ Argentina]— Catamarca: Belén, Barranca Larga , ii.1937 (Schreiter) .
Type specimens. IFML: Holotype ♀. Belén, Barranca Larga, ii.1937. TLEP331. With label: “Alotipus”.
Remarks. As Köhler (1945) described the species with a single specimen, it should be considered the holotype, despite the fact that in the description of the species he designated an allotype (according to article 73.1.2 ICZN)
