Type status (description). Cotypes in Köhler’s collection .

Type locality and collectors. [ Argentina]— Chubut: Comodoro Rivadavia , xii.1938 (Oort) .

Type specimens. ZSM: Syntype ♂. Argentina, Prov. Chubut, Comodoro Rivadavia , 24.xi.1938, V. Oort leg. Old label: Com. Riv.-27, 24.11.1938, V.O. Genitalia slide #936 .

Figures. Köhler, 1959a: fig. 3 male genitalia.

Remarks. In the MLP there are two cotype females with the following data: “5[6]. xii.1952, Com. Riv., Chubut, 1537[1541]. 3689”. We do not add them to the list of types because we consider them unreliable due to their collection dates.
