HOLOTYPE. RUZM 1999 .

TYPE LOCALITY. 10 km NW Sarvabad, between Marivan and Sanandaj, Kordistan Prov., Iran.

DISTRIBUTION. Endemic to Iran.

DISTRIBUTION IN IRAN. Fig. 123 View FIGURES 122–127. 122 . Known from the type locality in Kordestan Prov. and one locality in the adjoining part of Kermanshah Prov.

HABITAT. All specimens have been collected near the mouth to a small cave in a mountainous area with large boulders and rocks intermixed with oak forest with scattered Quercus brantii and Q. persica .
