Distribution in Korea. CN, GB, GG, GN, JN ( Kwon & Huh 1998, as C. marginalis ; Lee et al. 2014, as C. marginalis ; Cho et al. 2016b; Kwon & Kwon 2020) (KNA, NHMB, SNU).
Host plant. Firmiana simplex (L.) W. Wight ( Malvaceae ) ( Kwon & Huh 1998).
Comments. All previous records assigned to Carsidara marginalis from Korea ( Kwon & Huh 1998; Lee et al. 2014) are misidentifications of C. limbata ( Cho et al. 2016b) .
