Distribution in Korea. CB, CN, GB, GG, GN, GW, JB, JJ, JN ( Park et al. 1979, 1980, as Psylla hexastigma ; Park & Lee 1982b, as P. hexastigma ; Kwon 1983) (KNA, NAAS, NIBR, SNU).
Host plant. Maackia amurensis Rupr. (Fabaceae) ( Park et al. 1979). Styphnolobium japonicum (L.) Schott ( Fabaceae ), mentioned by Kwon (1983) and Kwon & Kwon (2020), is the host of the closely related Cyamophila willieti . Hydrangea L. ( Hydrangeaceae ) recorded by Park et al. (1979), Kwon (1983) and Kwon & Kwon (2020) is an unlikely host.
Comments. Kwon (1983) treated Cyamophila willieti as synonym of C. hexastigma .
