Type material examined. Paratypes of Psylla sibirica : Russia: 2 ♂, 9 ♀, Chona River , Vilyuy River confluent, in the region of Ichoda River, 26–27.v.1912 (Tkachenko), ( ZIN, dry and slide mounted) .

Other material examined. South Korea: 2 ♂, 5 ♀, GB, Cheongsong-gun, Cheongsong-eup, Cheongun-ri, 26.iii.2017, Salix sp. (K.S. Jung) , ( SNU, slide mounted, in 95% ethanol) ; 8 ♂, 16 ♀, 42 immatures, 5 exuviae, GW, Yeongwol-gun, Jucheon-myeon, Panun-ri 1246- 1, 450 m, 11.v.2018, Salix caprea (G. Cho) , ( SNU, in 95% ethanol) .

Distribution in Korea. GB, GW (NIBR, SNU).

Host plant. Salix caprea L. ( Salicaceae ).

Comments. New record for Korea. This species was described in Psylla from Russia (Yakutskaya Republika) ( Loginova 1966). It is congeneric with Cacopsylla mali ( Schmidberger, 1836) , the type species of Cacopsylla , and is formally transferred here to Cacopsylla .
