(H.) quelparticola ; Anonymous 1994, as P. bibari and P. quelparticola ; Park 1996, Paek et al. 2010, Lee et al. 2014, Kwon et al. 2016, as C. bibari and C. quelparticola ; Cho et al. 2017a; Kwon & Kwon 2020, as C. (Hepatopsylla) bibari ) (KNA, NIBR, SNU).

Host plant. Pittosporum tobira (Thunb.) W.T.Aiton (Pittosporaceae) ( Cho et al. 2017a).
