Diagnosis. Antennal clava and apex of F4 yellowish-white, in contrast with otherwise dark brown flagellum ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ). Mesoscutellar disc with a network of carinae, including two longitudinal carinae that diverge posteriorly. Fore wing with dark area posterior to stigmal vein ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ). Petiole 3.6× as long as broad ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ).

Description. Female: Body length 2.7 mm.

Color: head and mesosoma yellow to dark brown. Face yellow ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ); scape and pedicel yellow; most of flagellum dark brown, except clava and apex of F4 yellowish-white. Mesosomal dorsum mostly dark orange ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ), except with the following areas becoming darker brownish to black: transverse pronotal carina, posteromedian area of pronotum, antero-median area of mesoscutal midlobe, most of axilla and axillula, posterior rim of mesoscutellum, mesepimeron, metanotum, metapleuron, propodeum. Pronotum laterally, prepectus, upper mesepisternum pale yellow. Fore wing with brownish area posterior to stigmal vein ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ). Legs mostly pale yellow, except brownish at tibial apices and apical tarsomere. Petiole dark brown with black carinae ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ); gaster mostly dark brown to black dorsally, becoming pale yellowish ventrally and antero-medially.

Head ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ) 1.3× as broad as tall; eye height 2.7× malar space and 3.4× mouth width; vertex carinate posterior to ocellar triangle. Antenna: scape 6.0× as long as broad; F1 3.2× as long as broad, F2 2.5× as long as broad, F3 2.5× as long as broad, F4 2.3× as long as broad, clava 2.2× as long as broad.

Mesosoma ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ) 1.65× as long as broad, 1.5× as broad as pronotal collar: pronotal collar with sharp anterior carina, coriaceous posterior to carina; mesoscutal midlobe and lateral lobe each with many unpaired whitish setae anteriorly and a pair of stronger dark setae posteriorly; mesoscutum smooth anteriorly but otherwise with rough sculpture ranging from rugose to reticulate rugose; two short carinae present posterodorsally that correspond to the anterior origins of the paired carinae on the mesoscutellum; axillae with some arched carinae but otherwise smooth; submedian grooves only vaguely and irregularly expressed as broad areas between carinae; one pair of anteriorly convergent submedian carinae present on mesoscutellum dorsally, these connected with lateral carinae irregularly by smaller transverse carinae; mesoscutellum otherwise very shallowly rugulose. Propodeum with smooth median panels; callus with 9 or 10 setae in two rows.

Fore wing ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ) 2.15× as long as broad, relative lengths of costal cell & venation: costal cell 2.0, marginal vein 3.4, postmarginal vein 1.6, stigmal vein 1.0. Hind wing 4.6× as long as broad, broadly rounded apically.

Petiole 3.6× as long as broad ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 17 – 20 ), with strong longitudinal carinae at dorsolateral corners and subparallel longitudinal carinae submedially; gaster 1.4× as long as broad, smooth.

Male. Unknown.
