Geographical distribution. Widely distributed in the Amazon region, from Ecuador to Peru, Bolivia, and Brazil (Amazonas, Pará, Rondônia, Mato Grosso).

Specimens examined. BOLIVIA, Cochabamba: Provincia Chapare, female, XII.1945, H. Zellibor leg. (MNRJ).
