Colobothea emarginata ; Monné, 2005: 342 (cat.); Wappes et al., 2006: 38 (distr.).

Geographical distribution. Described from Brazil, and distributed in Brazil (Bahia to Rio Grande do Sul) and Bolivia. Wappes et al. (2006) recorded the species for Bolivia (Santa Cruz).
