13. Matsumurina longa Cao & Zhang View in CoL sp. nov.
( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1. a – d u–x, 8)
Description. Vertex, pronotum and mesonotum orange, face orange except genae pale, eyes black, basal triangles of mesonotum indistinct. Fore wing blackish-grey, transparent, veins light brownish.
Male 2S abdominal apodemes extended to midlength of third sternite (Fig. 8a).
Pygofer side (Fig. 8b) short, distal part with sparse blunt denticuli, without setae; dorsal appendage (Fig. 8c) narrow, directed ventrad then caudad, not reaching hind margin of lobe. Ligament (Fig. 8b) broad, connected to pygofer dorsal appendage by membrane and articulated to pygofer inner wall near base of appendage. Subgenital plate (Figs 8b, e, f) surpassing hind margin of pygofer side, pointed apically; constriction short, about 4/5 distance from base; with about 5 macrosetae near lateral margin and two rows of microsetae on distal disc, marginal microsetae from near base to apex. Style (Fig. 8g) almost straight, with longitudinal furrows apically, apical part long, preapical lobe small but distinct. Connective (Figs 8h, i) with lateral arms long. Aedeagal shaft (Figs 8h–j) tubular, apical processes almost symmetrical, directed caudo-ventrad, with small tooth subapically; branch of upper atrial appendage short, lamellate; ventral process broad basally, apical half narrow in ventral view, longer than shaft, apical part expanded in lateral view, pointed apically.
Measurement. Male length 4.90 mm.
Material examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Yunnan Prov., Tongbiguan, Jinzuzhai, 24°36'44''N, 97°39'30''E, 1338m, 0 3. v. 2012, coll. Cao Yanghui.
Deposition. Entomological Museum, NWAFU, Yangling, China.
Diagnosis. Similar to M. similis (Dworakowska, 1979) , but apical part of style broad and straight, paired apical processes of aedeagus with small tooth subapically and ventral process broadened apically in side view.
Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “ longus ” which refers to the elongated connective.
