Description. Ground color sordid yellowish, eyes and basal triangles of mesonotum black. Fore wing grey, transparent.
Male 2S abdominal apodemes extended to middle of fourth sternite ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 a).
Pygofer side ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 c) short, denticulate only at dorso-caudal angle, with a few fine setae at low basal angle; pygofer dorsal appendage ( Figs 4 View FIGURE 4 b, c) well-sclerotized and slender, curved laterad, far exceeding hind margin of lobe, apical part sinuate. Ligament ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 c) relatively narrow, connected with pygofer dorsal appendage. Subgenital plate ( Figs 4 View FIGURE 4 c, d) exceeding hind margin of pygofer side, constriction at about midlength; with about 4 macrosetae near lateral margin and irregular row of microsetae on distal disc, marginal microsetae from near base to constriction. Style ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 e) curved latero-dorsad apically, preapical lobe distinct. Connective ( Figs 4 View FIGURE 4 f, g) with lateral arms long. Aedeagal shaft ( Figs 4 View FIGURE 4 f, g) tubular with pair of symmetric processes subapically; branch of upper atrial appendage long, lamellate; ventral process broadened with pair of symmetric subapical processes, slightly surpassing midlength of shaft.
Measurement. Male length 4.52 mm.
Material examined. 2♂♂1♀, CHINA, Hunan Prov., Mt Mountain, 11. viii. 1985, coll. Zhang Yalin & Chai Yonghui.
Deposition. Entomological Museum, NWAFU, Yangling, China.
Distribution. China (Anhui, Hunan).
