Diagnosis. Face 1/3 as long as eye width, yellow; frontal triangle yellow. Proepimeron yellow; scutum black except broadly yellow laterally; scutellum brown with yellow margins, black pilose; anepimeron black. Pro and mesofemora yellow, metafemur yellow on basal 1/2 and brown on apical 1/2; pro and meso tibiae yellow, metatibia brownish. Wing extensively bare; alula broader than cell BM appically, microtrichose. Abdomen with yellow maculae on 3 rd and 4 th terga isolated from lateral margins. Surstylus pointed latero-apically; postanal process little distinct; aedeagus not so enlarged, proeminent dorsally; superior lobe somewhat rectangular, with hairs along anterior margin, with smal lobe medially with hairs.

Female genitalia: 9 th tergum with somewhat oval black macula pointed posteriorly; epiproct slender; cercus slender; hypoproct somewhat triangular; 9 th sternum as in Fig. 159; three rounded spermatecae, one of them smaller ( Figs. 158–160).

Length. Body 9.5–12.0 mm, wing 7.0–9.6 mm.
