Distribution. Europe, Caucasus, Levant ( Alonso-Zarazaga 2011a).
Material examined. Luhansk Prov.: 1 spec. ( ZIN) Luhansk env., V. Talicky leg., 29.vii.1927 .
Biology. Xerothermic grasslands, sandy habitats. Adults occur in I–XI ( Dieckmann 1977). On Fabaceae : Ononis spinosa hircina ( Penecke 1928; Khrolinsky 1965; Smreczyński 1965; Dieckmann 1977); O. spinosa procurrens , O. spinosa spinosa ( Hoffmann 1958; Dieckmann 1977); O. pusilla ( Hoffmann 1958) .
