Biology. Dry meadows, slopes, forest edge, agricultural habitats. Adults occur in IV–VII. On Caryophyllaceae : Silene viscaria ( Penecke 1928; Hoffmann 1954; Smreczyński 1972; Dieckmann 1988); S. vulgaris ( Penecke 1932; Hoffmann 1954; Smreczyński 1972; Dieckmann 1988); Melandrium dioicum , S. nutans ( Hoffmann 1954; Smreczyński 1972; Dieckmann 1988); Lychnis sp. (Amoldi et al. 1965); Gypsophila paniculata , Saponaria officinalis , Silene borysthenica , S. noctiflora , S. tatarica ( Dedyukhin 2012) .
