Distribution. Europe, Caucasus, West Siberia ( Colonnelli 2013).

( ZIN) Mogyliv-Podilskyi Distr. , Verkhivka, Chekini leg., 29.v.1901 .

Biology. Wetlands, agricultural habitats. Adults occur in V–IX ( Dieckmann 1972b). On Lamiaceae : Stachys palustris ( Hoffmann 1954; Dieckmann 1972b; Dieckmann 1973b; Kryzhanovskaya 1977; Colonnelli 2004a), S. sylvatica ( Colonnelli 2004a) .
