Biology. Sands and salty habitats. Adults occur in IV–IX. Oligophagous on Chenopodioideae (Amaranthaceae) Salsola and Kochia . Larva develops in root gall. ( Lukjanovitch 1930; Krivosheina 1975; Volovnik 1989).
