Distribution. Europe, West Siberia; introduced in Canada.

Material examined. 1881 specimens ( KUMN, SIZK, ZIN, ZMUN) including Kropyvnytskyi Prov.: 2f ( SIZK) Svitlovodsk, Nahirne, N49.087103, E33.07744, riparian biome, sands, V.G. Nadvornyi & A.A. Petrenko leg., 21.vii.1976; Zaporizhia Prov.: 1 spec. ( SVC) Melitopol Distr., Sosnovka, Staroberdyanskyi Forest , pitfall trap, E.I. Patsenker leg., 12.vi.1989 .

Biology. Deciduous forests. Parthenogenetic. Adults occur in V–VIII. Polyphagous.
