Distribution. Central Europe.
Material examined. Ternopil Prov.: 2 spec. ( SIZK) Borshchiv Distr. , Volkivtsi env., grass near road, A. Verchenko leg., 12.vi.1992 ; 1 spec. ( SIZK) Husiatyn Distr. , Vikno env., Medobory, V. Yu. Nazarenko leg., 29.vi.1996 .
Biology. Deciduous forests and meadows. Adults occur in IV–X. Polyphagous on herbs.
Notes. Probably it is not subspecies but a infrasubspecific form of G. triguttatus .
