Distribution. West Palaearctic (excluding north) ( Gültekin & Fremuth 2013).
Material examined. Literature data only.
Biology. Steppe woodlands. Beetles occure in V–VII. Oligophagous on Asteraceae ( Gültekin 2010) .
Notes. Occurrence in Ukraine requires confirmation. Out of Ukaine recorded as a pest ( Isart 1967b).
