Etymology. From minutissimus, Latin meaning smallest, referring to the small size of the wing.

Description. Forewing 5.9 mm long, 2.6 mm wide, trichosors not visible; inner gradate series of crossveins consists of six crossveins, grouped not in one line; outer gradate series of crossveins absent; сostal area relatively narrow; subcostal veinlets simple, three Sc-R1 crossveins present, Sc fused with R1 proximal to origin of 4th branch of Rs; Sc+R1 running parallel to wing margin; Rs with six branches, MP bifurcated slightly distal to origin MA, MP1 branched terminally more extensively than MP2, CuA with four branches, CuP bifurcated almost at the level of origin of Rs1, A1 twice forked; A2 long, pectinate, with five short terminal branches; A3 with small terminal fork.

Type material. Almost complete forewing, holotype PIN 2785 View Materials /4061, housed at Paleontological institute of RAS, Moscow, Russia .

Type locality and horizon. Dzhailoucho site, Leilek District , Batken Region , Kyrgyzstan; Madygen Formation, Ladinian–Carnian .
