Diagnosis. (1) Head narrower than pronotum; (2) forewings with vein separating appendix and first apical cell evanescent apically; (3) hind femoral formula 2-2-1 or 2-2 with one of second pair reduced in size; (4) male sternite VIII not conspicuously elongate; (5) subgenital plates simple, without pseudo-styles; (6) connective present, like semicircular transverse sclerotized band; (7) pygofer hooks short, robust, arising near base of subgenital plates.
