Distribution. The species has been reported from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, French Guiana, and Peru ( Metcalf 1963c; Duffels & van der Laan 1985; Sanborn 2011 a, 2019 a, 2020a, c; Sanborn & Heath 2014).
