Genus Khutelia Sukatsheva & Sinitshenkova , gen. nov.
Type species. Khutelia jarzembowskii sp. nov.
Etymology. The name of the new genus derives from the locality Khutel-Khara.
Diagnosis. Insects are medium in size. Apical fork F 1 present, its apex begins more proximal than F 2 –F 3, F 4 absent. M branching more distally than RS branching point. Cells DC, MC closed, TC long, possibly closed. CuP and A 1 terminating at wing hind margin close to each other, but not at the same point; their terminations not desclerotized. Cross vein cua 2 -cup distinct. CuP bending before flowing into the wing edge. A 2 shorter than A 1.
Include species. Type species.

Remarks. The described new genus Khutelia gen. nov. is assigned to the family Baissoferidae by the absence of fork F 4 and by much more distal branching M relative to the branching point of RS and by the more distal F 1 relative to F 2 and F.
In the diagnosis of the genus, it is presumably written that the TC cell is possibly closed. The degree of preservation of the wing does not allow us to define this more precisely.
