Remarks
This species is known to occur widely from Europe to Primorsk, Russian Far East, but we did not find it in China or Japan. Instead we describe new species D. fuscata , which is close to D. carinifrons , from China and Japan. The specimens of D. carinifrons from Poland determined by C. Bystrowski are very close to D. fuscata . In light of the similarity
between D. carinifrons and D. fuscata , specimens identified as the former from the Russian Far East should be reexamined to confirm their identity.
