Material examined. 1 male, CHINA, Taiwan, Nantou, Ren’ai , Huisun , 11-xi-2012, coll. HE Zhu-Qing. Distribution. China (Taiwan).

Note. This is endemic species to Taiwan. Its state was confused with Modicogryllus and Velarifictorus by different taxonomists ( Fig. 1b View FIGURE 1 ). According to the molecular result, this species is clearly belongs to Velarifictorus .
