Record as epibiont on cnidarians: The species was found on hydrozoan colonies in the Mediterranean Sea near Sète, France ( Collin 1912) and in the White Sea ( Kahl 1934).
Record as epibiont on other hosts: The species was reported from the same localities (Mediterranean Sea near Sète, France and in the White Sea) on bryozoans and algae ( Collin 1912; Kahl 1934).
