Record as epibiont on cnidarians: The species was originally described from the medusa stage of Limnocnida tanganyicae Günther, 1893 in Lake Lisikili, Namibia ( Van As & Basson 1986; Martonelli et al. 2008).
Remarks: Other finds of the species are unknown.
