Diagnosis. Mesoscutellum with strong large-meshed reticulation throughout ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 1–7 ). Petiole with a pair of long and strong setae on lateral part of anterior one-third (holotype with seta on left side broken off, Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1–7 ).

Description (female holotype). Length 1.9 mm. Mesoscutellum with strong reticulation throughout, with large meshes. Propodeum predominantly smooth and shiny, parts just lateral to median carina and posterior part with irregular sculpture; propodeal callus with seven setae. Fore wing with 6&7 setae on dorsal surface of submarginal vein. Petiole with very weak reticulation on dorsal surface; with a pair of long and strong setae on lateral part of anterior one-third,

Colour. Body black, Gt 3-7 dark brown. Antenna with scape and pedicel yellowish-brown, flagellum dark brown. Legs with fore and mid coxae dark brown, hind coxa black; trochanters yellowish-white to white; fore femur dark brown with apex pale brown, mid femur pale brown with base and apex yellowish-brown, hind femur black with basal one-third yellowish-brown; fore and mid tibiae yellowish-brown, hind tibia dark brown with base yellowish-brown; tarsi yellowish-brown. Wings hyaline with part below stigmal vein infuscate.

Variation in female paratypes. Length 1.4–2.0 mm. Number of setae on dorsal surface of submarginal vein 5–7. Colour and structure as in holotype.

Male. Length 1.2–2.1 mm.Antenna with F1–F2 yellowish-brown, gaster entirely dark brown in some specimens, fore and mid coxae pale brown to dark brown, otherwise very similar to female.
