Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 28 View FIGURES 24–28 ) wingspan 22.0– 22.5 mm. Calamotropha unispinea is diagnosed by the yellowish white forewing with pale brown scales throughout and a black medial dot at 3/4 length of the cell on the posterior margin, the absence of a medial fascia, and the pale brown terminal margin with two black dots posteriorly; in the male genitalia by the uncus with a subrounded process at each side of base, the short and broad valva with apex truncate in anterior half and slightly oblique inward in posterior half, and the vesica with one long spine-like cornutus ( Li & Li 2012: Fig. 2D View FIGURES 1–8 ) or with two spine-like cornuti sometimes ( Fig. 50 View FIGURES 46–50 ).
