Previous records from Egypt. Giza governorate (Zaher & Shehata, 1969; Zaher, 1986); Sharkia governorate (Zaher & Shehata, 1969).

Remarks. No additional specimens of this species were found in this study. It was originally described from the holotype female, nine paratype females and four paratype males collected in the Faculty of Agriculture Farm, Giza governorate and Sharkia governorate, Egypt. The original description was reasonably detailed, with illustrations and setal measurements.
