Genus Libanodiamesa gen. n.

Etymology: After Lebanon and Diamesa .

Type species: Libanodiamesa deploegi sp. n., by present designation.

Diagnosis: R 2+3 present, simple. MCu present, in a very basal position, midway between base of M and RM; FCu distal to MCu. Wing membrane without setae. Eye bare.
