Diagnosis. Clypeus a little wider than long in both female and male (Figs 51, 52); ventral side of flagellum black; in female, smooth area around cephalic foveae extended to the outer margin of posterior ocellus (Fig. 53); setae at upper part of mesonotum not brush-like in lateral view; mesopleuron with dense and coarse punctures (Fig. 55); ventral sides of fore trochanter and femur with short and dense setae; tergum I 1.17× as wide as long in dorsal view, with coarse and dense punctures, punctures at apex sparser (Fig. 59); tergum II with a apical lamella strongly bent backward up, with one row of dense and deep punctures forming a wide transverse groove; genitalia as in figure 57, apex of volsella short, wide and rounded or at most pointed, penis valve as in figure 58: ventral lobe of penile valve slightly erect and basal apodeme curved from base to apex, with a small bulge in the middle of basal half, basal plate of penile valve claviform, gradually narrowed from its middle to apex.
