Body Length. Female: 4.4 mm.
Material Examined. Hatay-Yayladağ (side of dam): 26.V. 2010, 2♀.
Published Records from Turkey. Anatolia (no locality) (Casale and Vigna Taglianti 1999) ; Kahramanmaraş ve Malatya ( Avgın 2006); Ardahan, Artvin, Bingöl, Erzurum, Kars ve Konya (Kesdek and Yıldırım 2007) .
Distribution. Europe ( Marggi et al. 2003): Azerbaijan, Armenia, Austria, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Germany, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldavia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Russia (West and East Siberia and South European Territory), Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, “ Yugoslavia ”; Asia: Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan. European, Central Asian, Siberian chorotype.
Remarks. Bembidion bipunctatum nivale Heer, 1841 was synonymized with the nominotypical form by Neri et al. (2013). Specimens were collected from underneath stones along a dam and water deposits.
