Androlaelaps azarae Lareschi, 2020 : 100500, Figs 1–2, (unavailable name).
Androlaelaps azarae was described on the basis of the female, male and deutonymph. It may be recognised by the proximal seta on coxa I more than twice as long as the distal seta on coxa I in females, males and deutonymphs; adults with the distance j5–j5 similar to the distance j6–j6 and to half the distance z5–z5; and females with st3 less than 1.5 times length of st1. Type material. HOLOTYPE: female (LTU 814-2) ex Akodon azarae, Estación Álzaga , Buenos Aires Province, Argentina (37º51´35.5”S, 59º58´20.5”W). Etymology. The name of this species refers to its occurrence on rodent of A. azarae .
