( Figs. 130–139 View FIGURES 130–134 View FIGURES 135–139 )
Diagnosis. Arista black except brown basally, plumose with longest setulae slightly shorter than height of first flagellomere; acrostichal setulae in six rows; mesonotum without pruinose or colored stripes; abdomen entirely black.
Description. MALE. Body length 4.0– 4.2 mm, wing length 4.5–4.6 mm. FEMALE. Unknown.
Head ( Fig. 130 View FIGURES 130–134 ) blackish brown, with grayish white pruinescence. Frons wider than long and parallel-sided, anterior margin yellow; ocellar triangle black, ocellar setae developed, about as long as anterior fronto-orbital setae; anterior fronto-orbital setae reclinate, shorter than posterior fronto-orbital setae. Gena about 1/6 height of eye. Antenna brown, first flagellomere about 1.7 times longer than high; arista black except brown basally, plumose with longest setulae slightly shorter than height of first flagellomere. Proboscis blackish brown, with black setulae; palpus black, with black setulae.
Thorax ( Fig. 133 View FIGURES 130–134 ) blackish brown, with grayish white pruinescence. 0+3 dorsocentral setae; acrostichal setulae in six rows; a pair of prescutellar setae, longer than the first post-sutural dorsocentral setae. One anepisternal seta, two katepisternal setae. Legs blackish brown. Fore femur with eight posterior dorsal setae, seven posterior setae and seven posterior ventral setae; fore tibia with one dorsal preapical seta and one apical ventral seta. Mid femur with six anterior setae; mid tibia with one strong dorsal preapical seta and one strong apical ventral seta. Hind tibia with one strong preapical anterior dorsal seta. Wing ( Fig. 131 View FIGURES 130–134 ) pale yellow basally, hyaline; costa with 2nd (between R 1 and R 2+3), 3rd (between R 2+3 and R 4+5), and 4th (between R 4+5 and M 1) sections in proportion of 9.4: 2.6: 1.8; r-m on the middle of discal cell; ultimate and penultimate sections of M 1 in proportion of 7.2: 3.6; ultimate section of CuA 1 about 1/5 of penultimate section. Haltere yellow.
Abdomen ( Fig. 134 View FIGURES 130–134 ) black. Male genitalia ( Figs. 135–139 View FIGURES 135–139 ): syntergosternite circular, sometimes with membranous ventral process. Epandrium broad, ventral margin with setae. Surstylus with setae, claviform and curved in lateral view, connected with a sclerite behind cercus; hypandrium nearly H-shaped. Postgonite cylindrical, with three long setae at tip. Phallus tubular basally, nearly arc-shaped in lateral view. Phallapodeme longer than phallus, without concavity apically.
