Diagnosis. Anterior margin of face yellow; frons with two grayish white pruinose stripes along fronto-orbital seta extending to ocellar triangle, and one triangular grayish white pruinose stripe extending from ocellar triangle; mesonotum with one grayish white median pruinose stripe, broad and extending to tip of scutellum; the margin of scutellum yellow; abdominal tergites 4–6 yellow on posterior margin, tergites 5–6 with yellow triangular median spots confluent with yellow posterior margin stripes.

Description. MALE. Body length 2.7 mm, wing length 2.9 mm. FEMALE. Unknown.

Head ( Fig. 140 View FIGURES 140–144 ) blackish brown, with grayish white pruinescence. Anterior margin of face yellow. Frons wider than long and parallel-sided, anterior margin yellow, with two grayish white pruinose stripes along fronto-orbital seta extending to ocellar triangle, and one triangular grayish white pruinose stripe extending from ocellar triangle; ocellar triangle black, ocellar setae developed, as long as anterior fronto-orbital setae; anterior fronto-orbital setae reclinate, shorter than posterior fronto-orbital setae. Gena about 1/10 height of eye. Antenna blackish brown, the base and dorsal margin of first flagellomere yellow, about 1.7 times longer than high; arista black except brown at base, plumose with longest setulae longer than height of first flagellomere. Proboscis blackish brown except yellow apically, with black and yellow setulae; palpus black with black setulae.

Thorax ( Fig. 143 View FIGURES 140–144 ) blackish brown, with grayish white pruinescence. Mesonotum with one grayish white median pruinose stripe, broad and extending to tip of scutellum; the margin of scutellum yellow; 0+3 dorsocentral setae; acrostichal setulae in six rows; a pair of prescutellar setae, closer to scutoscutellar suture than third post-sutural dorsocentral setae, about 1/2 length of first post-sutural dorsocentral setae. One anepisternal seta, two katepisternal setae. Legs with femora brown except yellow apically; coxa, trochanter and tarsi yellow, tibia brown at base. Fore femur with four posterior dorsal setae, four posterior setae and four posterior ventral setae; fore tibia with one dorsal preapical seta and one apical ventral seta. Mid tibia with one strong dorsal preapical seta and one strong apical ventral seta. Hind tibia with one strong preapical anterior dorsal seta. Wing ( Fig. 141 View FIGURES 140–144 ) hyaline and pale brown basally, subcostal cell brown; costa with 2nd (between R 1 and R 2+3), 3rd (between R 2+3 and R 4+5), and 4th (between R 4+5 and M 1) sections in proportion of 13.5: 6.1: 2.6; r-m on the middle of discal cell; ultimate and penultimate sections of M 1 in proportion of 11.1: 5.3; ultimate section of CuA 1 about 1/4 of penultimate section. Haltere pale yellow.
