Diagnosis. (1) cephalic process strongly elongated and slender ( Fig. 3C–D View FIGURE 3 ); (2) head black or greenish brown (fig. 3 D); (3) median carina of mesonotum yellowish orange ( Fig. 3D View FIGURE 3 ); (4) tegmina slightly narrow, black with light green veins, yellow spots not fused into bands ( Fig. 3A View FIGURE 3 ); (5) hind wings variable: orange, yellow or pale blue basally ( Fig. 3A–B View FIGURE 3 ).
Mesurements and ratio. TL: ♁ (n = 5): 34.3 mm (32.4–35.6 mm); ♀ (n = 4): 37.9 mm (36.4—39.6 mm); TL+process: ♁ (n = 5): 48.8 mm (46.5–51.7 mm); ♀ (n = 4): 55.2 mm (53.8–55.8 mm); LTg/BTg = 3.02; BF/BPrH = 2.62; LPr/LF = 3.36; LPr/BPrH = 10.82.

Distribution. Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam ( Constant et al. 2016; Jiaranaisakul et al., 2023)
Notes. There are three plant associations recorded for P. condorinus : Sandoricum koetjape (Burm.f.) Merr. ( Meliaceae ) in Cambodia ( Constant et al. 2016), Acrocarpus fraxinifolius Wight ex Arn. ( Fabaceae ) (new plant association) and an unidentified Meliaceae in Thailand ( Jiaranaisakul et al., 2023).
