Summary. Sphinctus pereponicus Humala , sp. n. is described by a single female from
Khasan District of the Primorsky Krai. The new species easily differs from other representatives of the genus by its abundant yellow pattern, entirely yellow face, reduced carination of propodeum and a large number of flagellomeres in antennae .
