Description. Length (including wings): male 5.4 mm.

Body stramineous. Crown yellowish green, with large black spot on either side of midline close to eyes. Face greenish, except dark green basally and ocelli black ( Fig. 2D View FIGURE 2 ). Pronotum yellowish green anteriorly and dark green posteriorly. Mesoscutum black basomedially, lateral margin yellowish green, scutellum yellowish green ( Fig. 2C View FIGURE 2 ). Forewing brown, veins dark brown, claval area green ( Fig. 2E View FIGURE 2 ).

Male genitalia. Segment X process apex bifid, broad medially. Subgenital plate slender, with dense fine setae on dorsal margin and apex of ventral margin, shorter than pygofer ( Fig. 5A View FIGURE 5 ). Aedeagus apex upper part broad, ventral part thin, dorsal apodeme undeveloped; shaft very slender in ventral view ( Figs. 5B–C View FIGURE 5 ).

Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the overall coloration of the body.

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, Malaysia, Sarawak (Borneo), Lambir Hills Nat`I Park, S Miri, N4°11′53.9″ E114°02′31.4″, 2006. x.12–23. J.R. Cryan & J.M. Urban, Hg vapor light ( INHS).
