Pseudastoxenus Bourgoin, 1921

Within Heterogeniina there are two accepted genera: Heterogenius Moser, 1911 and Pseudastoxenus ( Krikken 1984) . Antoine (1993) provided a key for the species of the former genus. The latter genus was not revised and has two recognized species ( Krikken 1984; Krajcik 2008b), one of them recorded previously for Guinea-Bissau ( Brivio 1958).
