Material. 1 ovigerous female, 8.9 x 8.2 mm, station M11, Sungcolan Bay, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines, 9°0.038'N 123°0.050'E, substrate rocks, mangrove and seagrass, coll. PANGLAO Expedition 2004, 6 Jun 2004, ZRC; 1 female, 9.2 x 8.9 mm, station D6, Bolod , Panglao, Bohol, Philippines, 9°0.033'N 123°0.048'E, substrate sand, seagrass, coral rubbles and coral blocks GoogleMaps , 7 Jun 2004, NMCR.

Remarks. The Panglao records can now be added to those from the Mindoro Strait ( McLay 1993) and Sulu Archipelago and Luzon, Philippine Islands (McLay 2001).

Distribution. Cryptodromia hilgendorfi is a widespread Indo­West Pacific species known from the Red Sea, Philippine Islands, Queensland, Australia, New Caledonia, Xisha Islands, China, the Macclesfield Bank, Guam, Gilbert and Ellice Islands and French Polynesia.
