TYPE SPECIES: Ceromya testacea Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 [= Tachina bicolor Meigen, 1824 ], by subsequent designation ( Coquillett, 1910: 520).
CURRENT STATUS: Valid genus [teste Herting & Dely-Draskovits (1993: 327)].
FAMILY: TACHINIDAE .
