Diagnosis. Male. BL 4.00, PW 1.32. Female. BL 3.52, PW 1.32 mm. General body color brown to orange brown; antennae and legs yellowish brown, with brown areas. Pronotum with irregular pruinose areas between anterior and posterior lobes, and another stripe adjacent to apex of posterior lobe ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 A). Forewing with a structure similar to bubble-sacs, starting from humeral angle and slightly passing posterior margin of pronotum; medially with four irregular whitish areas; at apex with a large irregular yellowish white area ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 A). Male proctiger without projections, at most with a slight anterior elevation. Paramere elongated, slightly curved centrally, with rounded apex ( Fig. 16 View FIGURE 16 A).

Discussion. Known only from the macropterous form, being easily identified by the unique structure on the base of forewings, similar to a bubble-sac with eight transverse sections ( Fig. 14 View FIGURE 14 A).
