Diagnosis: Cephalothorax relatively flatter, clypeus vertical, with a white anterior carina curving to allatum; lateral eyes situated on a common and strongly projecting processes. Tibiae I and II without prolateral spiniforms and without a proventroapical spiniform; tarsi I and 11 without prolateral spiniforms. Abdomen oval, wider behind than the middle.
Type species: Misumenoides magna (Keyserling)
